WELCOME TO PIONEER PARK
Pioneer Park is nestled in the hills above San Juan Bautista, California.  This park is available to members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and their guests for day use and overnight camping Monday thru Saturday.   The park can be used for  church activities, family reunions, and individual families.  The park is within an hour of ;  Watsonville beaches, Monterey (Aquarium, Cannery Row, Dennis the Menace Park, etc.), Fremont Peak State Park, Pinnacles State Park, San Juan Bautista Mission and town, Gilroy Gardens and Garlic Festival, San Jose (Tech Museum, etc.).
The Park has 6 "A" frame cabins which can sleep 12 each and several tent sites; kitchen with 3 refrigerators, 2 stoves and ovens, kitchen supplies; 2 separate bathroom and shower areas; a hall with Ping-Pong table, TV, DVD player, roll-down screen, Karaoke machine, games, pool table, piano. Outdoors there are picnic areas, horseshoe pit, basketball/pickle ball/baseball area, tether balls, volleyball court, swings,  bocce ball, air hockey, and children's playground. Adjacent to our park is an area where groups have repelled.
